Brian is an Indonesian qualified lawyer specializing in corporate and commercial transactions, advisory, and litigation. Prior to joining us, he practiced law at some of the most prominent law firms in the world, including Dentons LLP in Frankfurt and HHP Law Firm (member firm of Baker & McKenzie International) in Jakarta.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Law degree (S.H.) from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Law degree (LL.M.) from the Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe -Universität Frankfurt am Main. Brian is also active in the startup community, having co-founded a startup and sitting as an advisor in another.

Felix focuses on banking and finance and brings with him significant experiences advising and dealing with both Indonesian and multinational banks, financial institutions, and project companies in their transactional and advisory matters.
In addition, he also advises startups and venture capital companies in their investment and fundraising matters and has been particularly involved in advising and representing some prominent Indonesian startups with their legal issues, investment rounds, and corporate restructuring. He also regularly advises local and multinational companies on technology, financial inclusion, and financial technologies regulations, including e-money, peer-to-peer lending, and data privacy.
Felix holds a Bachelor of Law degree (S.H.) from Universitas Gadjah Mada and previously worked at HHP Law Firm (member firm of Baker & McKenzie International) and UMBRA – Strategic Legal Solutions.
Agreeya brings with him more than 12 years of extensive legal experience spent in corporate and litigation practices in prominent law firms in Jakarta. His focus includes civil and criminal litigation, administrative procedures, commercial arbitration, bankruptcy and insolvency, and industrial relation disputes. In addition to litigation, Agreeya also advises on a wide range of general corporate and employment matters.
Agreeya holds a bachelor degree (S.H.) from the University of Indonesia.
Aditya focuses on government relations, public private partnerships and dispute resolution in various critical industries. Among others, his experience includes advising the Indonesian Coordinating Ministry for Maritime and Investment Affairs in significant, strategic national projects.
He is admitted by the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) to represent clients before the court in Indonesia. He is fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia and French.
Primastuti brings with her more than 25 years of extensive experience in advising her local and international clientele on managing global and regional trademark portfolio and brand protection. She joined our practice after spending more than 25 years as a leading IP practitioner in HHP Law Firm (member firm of Baker & McKenzie International), focusing her practices on intellectual property prosecution, enforcement, anti- counterfeiting matters and other related commercial intellectual property issues.
Primastuti is a longtime member of national and international legal and intellectual legal and intellectual property organizations, including INTA (International Trademark Association), APPA (Asian Patent Attorneys Associations), AKHKI (Indonesian Association of Intellectual Property Consultants) and PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association).
Mr. Parthama is a senior forester and business advisor of the firm specializing in international trade, forestry and natural resources. He was the Director General of Watershed Management and Protected Forests at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Indonesia. He previously served as Director General of Sustainable Management of Production Forests. In this position he was responsible for the issuance of business licenses and forest and wood processing. He also oversaw hundreds of forestry and wood processing companies of all sizes, all over the country.
He served the government in several different capacities, including as Acting Director General of the Forestry Research and Development Agency (FOERDIA) and senior advisor on economic affairs and international trade. He was, and still, is a regular representative of Indonesia in various meeting and negotiation on forestry issues including trade, at the bilateral and multilateral levels. Mr. Parthama earned his bachelor’s degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia and his Master and Doctorate degrees at Michigan State University, USA.
