Agreeya brings with him more than 12 years of extensive legal experience spent in corporate and litigation practices in prominent law firms in Jakarta. His focus includes civil and criminal litigation, administrative procedures, commercial arbitration, bankruptcy and insolvency, and industrial relation disputes. In addition to litigation, Agreeya also advises on a wide range of general corporate and employment matters.

Agreeya holds a bachelor degree (S.H.) from Universitas Indonesia.

Civil Litigation
  • Representing PT Wijaya Karya (Persero), Tbk. in the District Court of North Jakarta regarding an annulment of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia / BANI) decision related to damages of over IDR 40 billion.
  • Representing PT Abadi Prima Inti Karya in the District Court of South Jakarta to submit a lawsuit concerning an ownership dispute for 44 apartment units valued at over IDR 30 billion.
  • Representing PT Sintesis Kreasi Utama in the District Court of South Jakarta, concerning a claim for damages amounting to over IDR 4 billion.
 
Insolvency and Bankruptcy
  • Representing PT Delta Lintas Cakrawala and PT Sumber Victory Abadi as creditors in a suspension of debt payment obligation (PKPU) petition in the Commercial Court at the District Court of Central Jakarta with a total debt amount of over IDR 1 trillion.
  • Representing PT Krida Setia Abadi dan PT Subur Sakti Putera as a respondent in a suspension of debt payment obligation (PKPU) petition in the Commercial Court at the District Court of Central Jakarta with the total amount of debts of over IDR 70 billion.
  • Representing PT Megah Perkasa Mitraselaras as petitioner in a suspension of debt payment obligation (PKPU) petition against an apartment developer in the Commercial Court at the District Court of Central Jakarta with a total debt amount of over IDR 40 billion.
 
Industrial Relation Dispute
  • Representing PT Amtrust Mobile Solution Indonesia in the Industrial Relation Court at the District Court of Central Jakarta regarding employment termination.
  • Representing PT Red Ginger Creations (Pepenero restaurant) in the Industrial Relation Court at the District Court of Central Jakarta regarding employment termination.
  • Representing PT Senabangun Anekapertiwi in the meeting regarding the employment termination for 82 employees and settled by a mutual Agreement valued at over IDR 4 billion.

Managing Partner

Anindhito Rama (Dhito) advises on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including merger and acquisition (M&A), investment, fundraising, business cooperation and corporate maintenance. He guides and counsels, local and multinational clients on practical and cost-efficient approach to solve their intricate legal issues in various industries.

During the course of his legal practice, Dhito has represented numerous clients with a collective transactional value of more than USD 10 billion, which includes investment, financing and fundraising.

Dhito holds a Master of Law degree (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Law degree (S.H.) from Universitas Indonesia. Prior experience includes working at HHP Law Firm (member firm of Baker & McKenzie International) and Citibank N.A.

  • Representing and advising Freeport McMoran, a world-leading mining company, in the sale of its mining business to the Government of Indonesia with a total transaction value of USD3.5 billion.
  • Representing and advising Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm, in a USD400 million Series D funding of Advance Intelligence Group, an AI-driven technology company.
  • Representing and advising Grab, a multinational technology company, in a USD100 million series B investment of LinkAja, a leading e-wallet company in Indonesia.
  • Representing and advising Press Metal, a Malaysian publicly listed company, in a USD80 million investment in one of the largest alumina refinery companies in Indonesia.
  • Representing and advising SoftBank, a global private equity firm, in a USD60 million investment in ADA, a leading digital marketing agency in South East Asia.
  • Representing and advising Astra Group, an Indonesian conglomerate company, in its IDR1 trillion acquisition of a real estate company from several offshore entities. 
  • Representing and advising an Indonesian technology unicorn company in its cross-jurisdictional vendor legal due diligence in seven countries in Southeast Asia and South Asia, and in the process, leading and managing the due diligence team consisting of more than 20 lawyers from seven law firms in seven countries.
  • Representing and advising various prominent multinational companies in corporate restructuring (on-shore & cross-jurisdictions), including:
    • One of the world’s largest logistics companies.
    • One of the world’s largest telco companies.

Brian Yie, S.H., LL.M.

Partner

Brian is an Indonesian qualified lawyer specializing in corporate and commercial transactions, advisory, and litigation. Prior to joining us, he practiced law at some of the most prominent law firms in the world, including Dentons LLP in Frankfurt and HHP Law Firm (member firm of Baker & McKenzie International) in Jakarta.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Law degree (S.H.) from Universitas Indonesia and a Master of Law degree (LL.M.) from the Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe -Universität Frankfurt am Main. Brian is also active in the startup community, having co-founded a startup and sitting as an advisor in another.

  • Representing J&T Cargo in the merger of its 25 operating companies throughout Indonesia.
  • Representing various local and foreign clients in the establishment of joint ventures in the manufacturing, logistics and mining sectors in Indonesia.

  • Representing Net1 group and PT Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia in a USD75.5 million financing extended by a consortium comprising a British PE firm and DFIs.
  • Representing PT Pulau Seroja Jaya in a USD30 million financing extended by UOB.
  • Representing the controlling shareholder of an Indonesian company with respect to a successful court-sanctioned debt restructuring (PKPU) of over IDR 2 trillion in debts.
 
Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolutions
  • Representing a major telecommunication company in a civil lawsuit against its Chinese supplier with a claim for damages of over IDR 150 billion.
  • Representing a hotel owner in an ongoing land dispute in Bali valued at over IDR 70 billion.
  • Representing an Indonesian investor in a shareholder dispute relating to its USD20 million investment in an oil tanker business, involving multiple civil and criminal proceedings.

Felix specializes in banking and finance, with extensive experience advising on financing and project financing transactions, with a cumulative deal value exceeding USD 12 billion.

His work spans sectors such as infrastructure, energy, and telecommunications, where he has represented syndications of lenders, project companies, and multinational corporations. Felix has been involved in structuring complex financing arrangements, including project financings, acquisition financings, and debt restructurings, utilizing both conventional and sharia financing structures. His contributions have supported the financing of major infrastructure projects, including high-speed railways, renewable energy projects, and oil and gas developments.

In addition to his focus on financing, Felix regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment strategies, and corporate restructuring for both local and multinational clients. Felix holds a Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas Gadjah Madaand has previously worked at prominent law firms, including HHP Law Firm (Baker McKenzie member firm) and UMBRA -Strategic Legal Solutions.

She joined our practice after spending more than 25 years as a leading IP practitioner in HHP Law Firm (member firm of Baker & McKenzie International), focusing her practices on intellectual property prosecution, enforcement, anti- counterfeiting matters and other related commercial intellectual property issues.

Primastuti is a longtime member of national and international legal and intellectual legal and intellectual property organizations, including INTA (International Trademark Association), APPA (Asian Patent Attorneys Associations), AKHKI (Indonesian Association of Intellectual Property Consultants) and PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association).
